Cambridge Business Advisors was founded in 2022 in Hartford, CT by Inessa Pidvysotski, an accomplished Senior Finance Executive with over 25 years of experience in financial management for top 10 Defense Manufacturing Contractors in the United States.
Inessa recognized that small and medium-sized businesses — and the government agencies that depend on them — deserved access to the same caliber of strategic financial leadership that Fortune 500 defense contractors rely on. CBA was built to close that gap.
Today, CBA serves PE-backed companies, start-ups, and government sector clients as a trusted strategic financial advisor — delivering the acumen, experience, and leadership that enhances long-term business value and mission outcomes.

Her career spans complex financial operations, strategic planning, and executive advisory roles across defense, private equity, and emerging growth companies.
As founder of Cambridge Business Advisors, Inessa brings that depth of experience directly to clients — serving PE-backed companies and start-ups as a strategic financial advisor whose acumen and leadership enhances long-term business value. She is equally committed to CBA's government sector mission, supporting federal agencies with the same rigor she applied throughout her defense industry career.
